Derailleur opens the EP, chopping between a standard 4/4, sometimes dipping into a broken beat. Deep chords wash over a strange metallic bed of noise, punctuated by rough, off beat percussion. Cassette expands on what Derailleur started. Dimming the lights while still providing a light with punctuating stabs of melody, over driven claps and eerie noises. Shifter ups the pace with a driving, raw feel. Its rough bass filling the track under charging percussion and crisp hats.
